It may seem a very obvious piece of advice, but many people unfortunately fall for ´free´legal fees or estate agents recommendations regarding who to go to for legal advice and this often creates a situation whereby information is withheld so as not to stop the sale from going ahead. Not to rush in. You may have just found the house of your dreams, but we advise you not to rush in and put a deposit down until some basic searches are done, as it can prove difficult to get your money back if there is a problem.
